July 2008 New recruit
Petheram are delighted to reveal Denise White as their new land and property acquisition manager. Denise is joining the team from Plymouth City Council, where her skills will strengthen the team and offer clients the added benefits of knowing their developments and business cases are fully robust with the correct research carried out in order to make their business and developments a success.
June 2008 New office
Petheram announce that they will be moving offices early in July. The Petheram team are moving into the ever expanding Tamar Science Park in Plymouth.
May 2008 New recruit
Petheram are pleased to uncover Rachael Suttie as the latest member to join their successful development team. Rachael will be working on the relocation project for the Driving Standards Agency and has joined the company as a graduate from Swansea University.
April 2008 New development contract
Petheram has been awarded the new development contract with the Driving Standards Agency in Plymouth. The new test centre is due to open later in 2008.
March 2008 Plymouth Raiders
Plymouth Raiders, the only BBL team in the South West, have landed another business backer.
Petheram, the Plymouth-based commercial property developers and consultants, will be sponsoring the basketball stars’ home game against Cheshire Jets on 28 March and are hoping to have an even closer involvement next year.
“The Raiders are really going places,” said Alex Petheram, the young entrepreneur who founded the fast-growing company.
“They’re enthusiastic and passionate about going into Europe, and we’re enthusiastic and passionate about doing well. We’d love to help them get there.”
Alex said he decided to back the Raiders because it’s a team the city can be proud of as well as being a good place to meet and entertain business contacts.
“It’s such a friendly, family environment when they play at the Pavilions. I’d have no hesitation about taking clients and their families to a game because you know it’s safe and there won’t be drunken or aggressive people there.”
Petheram act as commercial property developers and help expanding or relocating companies.
